I felt the devil’s touch. I felt the pull of lust. And it’s a drive drive driving force and I’m left with no remorse. I felt the harlot’s kiss. I’ve felt the master’s whip. And it’s a blind blind blinding curse and it couldn’t get any worse…I can’t figure it out out out. How this consecrated man could instill such doubt. I know that I’ve been warned of a woman scorned. It’s alright! This Nazirite has a rebel’s heart…I had let down my guard and it led to a shattered heart. But it’s a cat cat catalyst though I’ve been known to resist. I’ve conquered a thousand men but I’ve failed my God again. And I’m left here in the dark with just the sound of my broken but yet still beating heart…I can’t figure it out out out. How this consecrated man could instill such doubt. I know that I’ve been warned of a woman scorned. It’s alright! This Nazirite has a wounded heart…I hear the voice of God breaking through the strident mob. I hold these pillars close. I feel the Holy Ghost and it’s opening my eyes… I can’t figure it out out out. How this consecrated man could instill such doubt. I know that I’ve been warned of a woman scorned. It’s alright! This Nazirite has a broken and beating heart…

Behind the Song:
“This song is written from the perspective of Samson (from the book of Judges in the Holy Bible) as he comes to the end of his life. It kind of sums up all of the songs in one story.” - Geoff
